*Ted Conover spent four months undercover as a USDA meat inspector, and then wrote an article for Harper’s Magazine, published in 2013: “The Way of All Flesh.” Hear about his experiences and learn from area experts and farmers about local options for “responsible meat” and new approaches to meat sourcing in the 21st century.
